What do I need to provide to get started? +
Very little. We need your website URL, a list of your most common customer questions, your services and pricing, and a sample of how you'd like the chatbot to communicate. We guide you through collecting all of this during the discovery call — it typically takes less than 30 minutes on your end.
Will the chatbot actually sound like my business? +
Yes — that's the point. We train Claude specifically on your business: your tone, your services, your pricing, your policies, even your local area. It won't sound generic. It will sound like your best, most knowledgeable employee. You'll test it yourself during the review session before we go live.
What happens if the chatbot gets a question it can't answer? +
We configure a graceful fallback — the chatbot politely tells the customer it's not sure and offers to collect their contact information so a real person can follow up. You get notified immediately. We also review these gaps monthly and retrain the chatbot to handle them better over time.
Do I have to change my current website? +
No. For the AI Chatbot, we add one small snippet of code to your existing site — this works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, or any custom-built site. Your website looks and works exactly the same, with a chatbot widget added to the corner. If you're getting a full AI-Powered Website, we build you a brand new site.
How do I know if it's actually working? +
Every month you receive a performance report showing: total conversations, leads captured, most common questions asked, customer satisfaction indicators, and a comparison to the previous month. You'll know exactly what your AI is doing and what it's producing for your business.
Can I update the chatbot myself when things change? +
You can email us any time with updates — new services, changed pricing, updated hours, new FAQs — and we'll update the chatbot within 2 business days. Major updates are included in your monthly retainer. Updates like new product lines or major retraining may incur a small one-time fee, which we'll always quote you first.
What if I want to cancel? +
Monthly plans require 30 days written notice to cancel. We don't make it complicated — just email us. The chatbot will be removed from your site on your cancellation date. We'd also love to know why, so we can improve. Annual plans run to the end of the term with no early termination fee.
Is my customer data safe? +
Yes. All conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell or share your data or your customers' data with anyone. The AI runs on Anthropic's infrastructure, which meets enterprise security standards. We can provide a data processing agreement if required for your industry.
